New Perspectives is at a pivotal moment in supporting artistic talent. Led by Judy Owen, this research explores the potential for a dedicated Artist Support Programme for New Associates alumni. Drawing on interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sector conversations, it asks a simple question: what do artists need after New Associates, and how can we support them? The findings offer a clear blueprint for a new phase of alumni support that enables artists to grow, create, and thrive beyond the programme.
